Very Slightly Imperfect VS-A diamond-imperfection grade between very, very slightly imperfect and slightly imperfect.

Very Very Slightly Imperfect VVS-The imperfection grade that is immediately below flawless, or perfect. Ethically employed, this term is applied to stones with minute surface or internal blemishes that are difficult to locate under 10X by a trained eye.
