Other third-party entities could include web hosting companies, fulfillment companies, jewelers, assemblers, data analysis firms, marketing firms, and email service providers. If you use a credit card to place an order with Woodberry Diamonds your identifying information would be shared with the financing company in order to confirm and process your order. These third parties only receive personal identifying information in order to perform their function, and they are not authorized to use the information for any purpose other than the purposed set forth by Woodberry Diamonds.

Payment Methods and Shipping Stuff

We accept debit cards that bear the VISA or MasterCard logo. Before using your debit card please check on your company’s single-transaction limit. Also consider that, should you decide to cancel your order, the amount of your purchase could still be rendered unavailable in your checking account for 10 days.

Shipments are insured.

Any order over $500.00 requires a signature upon delivery regardless of any signature waivers you may have with shipping companies.

We can ship to an address other than your billing address as long as the alternate address is on file with your credit card company.

At this time we are unable to process international orders.

Sales tax is only collected on orders billed to and shipped to in Georgia.

We make every effort to insure all images and info depicted on the Woodberry Diamonds web site are accurate. To allow product details to be viewed some products may appear larger. Every computer monitor is different; therefore, color and size may vary slightly.

All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable we will contact you before your card is charged.

Orders received by 2:00 p.m. will begin processing that same day. Although most orders ship within 24 hours we maintain a 48-hour processing lead time.

Please allow 7-10 days for special orders needing sizing or engraving.

All purchases receive free standard shipping. Two-day and next-day shipping (after the 48-hour processing time) is available for a fee.

Return Policy

You may return merchandise to Woodberry Diamonds within 30 days from the ship date. Merchandise must not be sized, engraved, or altered in any way. Woodberry Diamonds will examine and confirm the returned merchandise. Upon approval, the amount of your purchase price (less a $25.00 restocking fee) will be refunded. Woodberry Diamonds is not responsible for return shipping charges.

Merchandise must be returned with all invoices, packing slips, and diamond grading reports.

Conflict Diamonds

Woodberry only purchases diamonds from suppliers who follow the Kimberly process. When you purchase a graded diamond you will receive an official grading report from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the European Gemological Laboratory (EGL). Woodberry Diamonds also offers non-graded diamonds at great prices.
